John has over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate development. His experience includes industrial, office, multi-family residential and complex general engineering projects. John holds an undergraduate degree from Boise State University and a real estate certificate from the University of Washington. He has been involved with numerous charitable and professional organizations over the years and is currently on the Board of Directors for La Esperanza de Nuestra Comunidad.
Tony has been in the construction and development industry for over ten years. His experience includes industrial, office, multi-family residential and tenant improvements. Tony holds an undergraduate degree, MBA and Commercial Real Estate Certificate from the University of Washington. He is LEED AP Building Design & Construction-certified through the U.S. Green Building Council and a member of the NAIOP Inland Empire Chapter.
Tony resides in Claremont with his wife and three children. He is a Division Representative for Claremont Little League, and his hobbies include spending time with his family, coaching baseball, snowboarding and swimming.
John has over 15 years of experience in construction and development in Southern California, including large earth-moving projects and complicated industrial developments. He oversaw the reclamation of the Arcadia Logistics Center project site and managed the earthwork and site work during construction. He is currently managing all grading, processing and reclamation activities at The Park @ Live Oak.
John also enjoys boating, golf and spending time with his wife and 2 children.

John Sr. has over 40 years of experience in construction and real estate development in Southern California, ranging from large earth-moving and remediation projects to industrial business parks. He is known as an industry disruptor, entrepreneur and crafty self-taught businessman, with a wide variety of skills and a vast knowledge base. In addition to Yellow Iron Investments, John maintains ownership in each of the ventures he founded: Arcadia Reclamation, Inc; JD Edwards Co; Edwards Brothers & Associates; J&J Equipment; and Alaska Thunder. In addition, he maintains an advisory role in several other ventures and partnerships.
John enjoys flying, building and racing cars, golf and spending time with his 6 children and 11 grandchildren.
